BCAA'S 4:1:1 is a product based on biokyowa® pharmaceutical grade branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine – L-Valine - L-Isoleucine) in the proportion 4.1.1, all integrated with Vitamin B6 which allows better absorption of amino acids.
In addition to decreasing the sense of post-workout fatigue, branched chain amino acids represent an alternative energy source to carbohydrates taken before training and help to have more strength to carry out sporting activities.
