We hope you are happy with every product you purchase from Health & Sport. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of your order date for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price, less shipping, handling and/or other charges.

If you have purchased from someone other than Health and Sport, you will need to contact your original outlet and follow the return policy requirements. The item must be returned, unused or used, in good condition and with the original invoice to ensure full credit.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging if possible.

Attach the original invoice to the item. If you are unable to send the original invoice, please include your order number, billing name, telephone number and address with the item. If you are exchanging, please also include the name of the item you would like to receive in return.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid . Cash on delivery deliveries will not be accepted.

Please keep a copy of your return tracking number to ensure it is received at our premises. 

A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used within seven working days of receiving the returned product. 

A refund for the original shipping costs will only be issued if the return is the result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

In the event of an exchange, the replaced item will be shipped within seven working days of receiving the returned product. If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you will be contacted. Upon receipt of your package, we will notify you by email or telephone that your return has been processed.
